Cancellations

Because of our small and seasonal business, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a very strict cancellation policy.

Cancellation/Transfer Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 31 days prior to scheduled arrival date. A $25 handling fee per reservation is charged for cancellations. Reservations made within 30 days or less from arrival time are non-refundable and non-transferable. Reservations can be changed one time, at no charge, provided a 31-day or more notice is given.

If you need to cancel your reservation, you must call the office during business hours which are 9 am to 5 pm.  Email notifications are not accepted.

No refunds or credits provided for early departures.

 

Inclement Weather: Campfire Lodgings will transfer your reservation to another date, if in the event of snow or other major weather conditions that may prevent you from getting up to the campground on your planned check-in date. Please contact the park office to make the arrangements.
