Park Policies
GENERAL POLICIES
First and foremost we want you to enjoy yourself! But like anywhere there are more than two people, we need some rules and policies. Therefore we are providing the following Park Rules and Policies so that all our guests can enjoy their visit to the fullest extent in a beautiful, peaceful, safe and fun environment.

Check in time is 3 PM for campground sites and rentals.
We can be somewhat flexible with check in and out on campsites, rental units obviously require adequate time for cleaning.
Check out time for the Cliff House, Cabins and Yurts are 11 AM.
Check out time for the Campground is 12 Noon.
If you want to arrive earlier or need to stay later, please ask permission. We may be able to accommodate your request depending on time of year and occupancy.
Quiet time is 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, please respect the rights of others and keep radios, TVs and electronic devices at a moderate level at all times.
Only one recreation vehicle or tent is permitted per site and one additional vehicle.
Day use visitors may park at the site if there is adequate room on the site's graveled or paved areas and it results in no obstruction to the flow of traffic. Otherwise, visitors' vehicles must be parked outside the campground area near the entrance of Old Marshall Hwy in the overflow parking area or off property.
Please keep vehicles off the grass at all times.
Sewer donuts are required on all sites. They are available for purchase at the store.
Hanging of clotheslines is not permitted. Someone could get hurt and nails damage our precious trees. Nothing may be stored outside on your site or under your vehicles.
Please refrain from washing and/or performing other maintenance to your vehicles during your stay.
We do not accept guest mail or packages. Such items may be picked up at the local Post Office or delivery services conveniently located nearby.
Children are to be supervised at all times.
Fireworks or firearms are not permitted on any part of the 110 acres of Campfire Lodgings. Please be courteous of your neighbors and do not cut through their site. It's their backyard for the duration of their stay.
No motorized vehicles are permitted on our trails. We advise no regular bikes on the trails as the conditions may vary and you could get stuck!
There is no smoking in any of our buildings or rental units. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
Do not move campground equipment from your campsite without permission.
Put all trash in trash cans or dumpster.
Registered guests are responsible for the conduct of their children, their guests, and their pets.
Please make sure that your area is as clean when you leave as it was when you arrived.
Please be considerate of others; we don't want to have to ask anyone to leave (BUT WE WILL IF WE HAVE TO!)
Take only photos and memories; leave only footprints and laughter!

CAMPFIRES
As our name implies, we love campfires but: Campfires (not bonfires) are permitted only in fire rings that are provided at each site. Fire rings are not to be moved. Firewood and convenient little starter packets are available for purchase at the store. Collecting firewood or using dead trees from the woods for firewood is not permitted. Please attend to your campfires at all times.

PET POLICIES
We love pets at Campfire Lodgings however: Please bring a recent rabies vaccination certificate for each of your pets. This is for your pet's protection and that of other campers.
Sorry, guys. Pets are not allowed in any rentals or buildings including the bathhouse and laundry room.
Please keep pets on a maximum 6-foot leash at all times. There are wild and wonderful creatures that may cause your pet to panic or lurch. While we have no size restrictions on pets, aggressive or attack breeds are not welcome.
Please pick up after your pet; Disposable bag dispensers are available throughout the park.

WILDLIFE
The abundant wildlife is one of our greatest assets and treasures. Please respect their home and keep in mind, we do have bears and poisonous snakes living here. Our rules are to ensure fun, relaxation and enjoyment of our beautiful park and a quality camping experience for everyone.

RESERVATION POLICY
When we reserve a campsite, cabin or yurt for you, we actually take it off the market at your request. We may get hundreds of requests for the dates you have reserved, but we save it just for you. Therefore, we have a very firm reservation and cancellation policy.
Rates are based on time of year and number of people and may change without notice (but not on confirmed reservations).
All reservations must be paid for in advance with appropriate deposits collected.
Monthly reservations require two week's deposit.
Weekly reservations require two night's fee for each week reserved.
Reservations for less than 7 days require one night's deposit.
We are sorry, but we can no longer hold dates without a deposit.
All remaining fees must be paid at time of arrival. No checks will be accepted at check in. There is a $4.00 charge for each visitor staying for more than two hours. Visitors' vehicles may not be parked at campsites.
There is a $10 per night per person fee for each visitor staying overnight.
All weekend reservations from April 1st to October 31st are two night minimums.
All holiday weekends are three night minimums.
Reservations are made on a back-to-back basis; extensions may require a change of site. Reservations are not transferable. We accept all major credit cards.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Because of our small and seasonal business, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore we adhere to a very strict cancellation policy.
There will be a $25 administrative fee for any cancellation.
In the event of cancellation, deposits are 100% refundable 61 days or more prior to your arrival date less the $25 administrative fee. Deposits are 50% refundable if cancelled 30-60 days prior to the arrival date less $25.
No refund or future credit will be given for cancellations made after 30 days prior to arrival.
We're sorry, but it's too late for us to resell the date.
